Her experience includes advising banks, companies and financial institutions on a variety of structured finance transactions involving syndicated ship finance matters, cross-border receivable purchasing facilities, tax based leasing arrangements for ships and Islamic finance structures for property transactions.

Kate also has experience in advising on capital adequacy requirement and tier-two capital for financial institutions.
